Does my data stay confidential?+
Yes. Processing is GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant, on an air-gapped network for sensitive cases. An NDA is available on request.
What exactly should I send?+
The affected device (drive, SSD, phone, card…). For a NAS or RAID, send the disks in their original order and the enclosure if the fault is there. When in doubt, call us before shipping.
